The Deccan Archive Is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a Refunds/Cancellations policy in place to address any issues you may have.

 

Products from Mulki Store:

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at deccanarchive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and if it is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at deccanarchive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you will need to follow the Refunds process.

 

Digital Products:

For digital products, such as online courses, webinars, and e-books, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once access has been granted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@deccanarchive.com within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement item. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

 

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

Changes to Refunds/Cancellations Policy:

We reserve the right to make changes to this Refunds/Cancellations Policy at any time. Your continued use of our website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Refunds/Cancellations Policy.

Event Registrations:

Cancellations:

You may cancel your ticket 72 hours before the beginning of an event and be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel a ticket within 48 hours before the beginning of the event, you may be entitled to a refund of 50% of the ticket fee (excluding service charges). No-shows are not refundable and non transferable. You may transfer your registration fee from one event to another by contacting our team over text or email.
